• 500g chicken, boneless
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tablespoons Tikka paste
  • Stainless Steel Skewers

  1. Cut the chicken into strips that will thread onto skewers in a large bowl, mix the yoghurt, ginger garlic paste and Tikka paste brush over chicken pieces and marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill for 10-15 minutes turn only once and baste with Tikka mix at the turn.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
Temperature: Set oven on 250C
