Within Australia and New Zealand, Easycook provides a twelve month guarantee, from date of purchase.

Your product is warranted against manufacture faults when used in normal domestic use. In non-domestic use Easycook limits the voluntary warranty to 3 months.

We undertake to repair or replace products at our option, at no charge, if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period.

This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, shipping accident, incorrect installation, no fault found with the product or work carried out by anyone other than Easyook.

Please keep your receipt as a warrantly claim can not be processed without it.
