Savoury Bites

Ingredients

  • 600g Scone Mix (twice sifted)
  • 280ml water
  • 2 tbs basil
  • 1 tbs rosemary
  • 1 1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
Variation
  • 1 cup Cheddar
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese and
  • 1 tbs Moroccan spice

Method

1. Select BAKE program. Set TIME 30 mins. Press START. Allow heating for approximately 5 minutes with lid closed.
2. Place scone mix into mixing bowl, add all remaining ingredients and stir through.
3. Add water and stir through using knife.
4. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead lightly.
5. Roll out to 2.5 cm thickness, cut scones using small scone cutter. Brush with a little milk and place into inner pot.
6. Bake for around 20 mins. Remove immediately and place on cooling rack.

Cooking time: 25 mins
