Ingredients
- 500g chicken, boneless
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 3 tablespoons Tikka paste
- Stainless Steel Skewers

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
Temperature: 250C

- Cut the chicken into strips that will thread onto skewers in a large bowl, mix the yoghurt, ginger garlic paste and Tikka paste brush over chicken pieces and marinade for 30 minutes.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes turn only once and baste with Tikka mix at the turn.
